A Spirit of Community

EN-RICH-MENT is partnering with the Greater Stark County Urban League to present the Fourth Annual African American Arts and Cultural Festival. We are thrilled to invite you to participate in this art exhibition opportunity that aligns with our shared values and commitment to the Spirit of Community.  This is a celebration of creativity, food and talent that showcases the remarkable achievements of local and out of state artists. This event brings together a diverse community of artists, educators, and supporters.

Dates: 

Art Exhibition Opening: July 5, 2024, from 5:00pm-9:00pm located at Patina Arts Centre

VIP Reception on Friday, July 19, 2024, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. located at Patina Arts Centre

African American Arts Festival: July 20, 2024 located at Centennial Plaza

Entry Requirements:

Entries Due: May 15, 2024

Selection Process: A committee will review the submission requests in May and artists will be contacted by June 1st. 

Work Size: minimum size: 8x10in | maximum size: 24x36

Exhibition Dates: July 5, 2024 - July 27, 2024

Accepted Artwork: Artwork created in all mediums and styles will be accepted. Painting, sculpture, photography, abstract works, mixed media, etc. 

Hanging artwork must have a wire hanger or sawtooth hanger on the back of the artwork. If a pedestal is needed for sculptural works advanced notice is required. Information must be attached to the back of artwork at time of dropoff. Including Artist Name, Title, and Price.

Delivery: Deliver artwork to Patina Arts Centre between June 13, 2024 - June 29, 2024

Gallery Hours: Thursdays 12pm-8pm & Saturdays 5pm-9pm

Opening Exhibition: July 5, 2024 5:00pm-9:00pm

Reception: VIP Reception on Friday, July 19, 2024, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Special Event: African American Arts Festival: July 20, 2024 located at Centennial Plaza

Pickup Artwork by: August 1, 2024 - August 10, 2024 

Patina Arts Centre: Thursdays 12pm-8pm & Saturdays 5pm-9pm

Publicity: The showing of your work will be advertised for First Friday, as well as for EN-RICH-MENT’S VIP Reception to kick off the annual African American Arts and Cultural Festival. Patina Arts Centre will advertise art exhibition opening night & special events.

Sales: Patina Arts Centre will distribute checks for sold artwork within 60 days of sale. Patina Arts Centre will retain a 30% sales commission from sold artwork. Please price artwork accordingly.
